Old Kefi spot gets new restaurant tenant

The former location of Greek restaurant Kefi has been rented by a Spanish-Carribean restaurant, Don Pedro’s, which is relocating from the Upper East Side. The restaurant signed a 15-year-lease for the space at 505 Columbus Avenue.
